At our gym, we’re all about making you stronger—period. Our classes focus on strength training, combining bodyweight exercises, dumbbells, barbells, and kettlebells. With a hands-on, coach-led approach, we ensure you progress safely and effectively, teaching you the fundamentals of strength training so you can build a solid foundation. Think of our classes as an education for your muscles, helping them reach their fullest potential and become their strongest, healthiest selves.

Every session is led by a coach with a strong emphasis on proper form. Our programs are designed to teach you how to lift heavy weights safely and with confidence. As you learn the right techniques, you’ll quickly become comfortable and familiar with the gym environment—no matter your experience level.

Whether you’re a seasoned lifter or brand new to strength training, we’ve got you covered.

Our classes run in 6-week phases, allowing us to introduce new movements and keep your workouts fresh and exciting. We change up the program every 6 weeks to ensure you stay motivated and engaged. Each session targets your full body—upper body, lower body, and core—so you can develop balanced strength.

In addition to teaching you how to lift, we also focus on key aspects like breathing, bracing your core, and stretching. We truly are a one-stop shop for strength and fitness.

Small Group Training

Small group training (max 11 people) combines the benefits of personalized attention with the motivation and support of a close-knit community.

Class Packs

We've introduced a new service to help support our community during this time of displacement. If you're unable to commit to a membership, purchasing a class pack is a great way to show your support.

Remote Training

We’ve introduced a new service to support our displaced community. We can create a custom program tailored to you, designed to be done at home with whatever equipment you have available.

We’ve introduced a new service perfect for those who train independently and want to perfect their form and technique- available both virtually and in person.
